Privacy policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
This policy covers personal information handled by Lumiverse Lighting through this website and the enquiries that come from it.
What we collect
Only what you send us. If you use the enquiry form that is your name, company, email address, telephone number, the service you selected and whatever you write in the message. If you email or call us directly, it is whatever that correspondence contains.
We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling on this site, and we do not set marketing cookies.
The contact page embeds a Google map of our showroom. It only loads when you scroll to it, and when it does, Google receives the request and may set its own cookies under Google’s privacy policy. Using the map is optional; our address is also given as text.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a concept or quotation, deliver a project you have engaged us for, and keep the records a business is required to keep. We do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anybody.
Who else sees it
Our own team, and — only where a project requires it — the contractors, suppliers or logistics partners working on that project. They receive the minimum needed to do their part. Our website hosting provider processes requests to this site on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after twenty-four months. Project records are kept for the length of the warranty period plus any retention required for tax and accounting.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to hello@lumiverse.com and we will respond within thirty days.
Security
Information is held on access-controlled systems and transmitted over encrypted connections. No system is perfect; if a breach affects your information we will tell you.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update this page and the date below. Questions about any of it go to hello@lumiverse.com.
